4. Tender & selection

We obtain comparable quotes, highlight differences and help you choose the right team.

5. On‑site delivery

We manage programme, meetings, variations and payments, updating you weekly.

6. Snagging & aftercare

We coordinate snags, gather certificates and make sure you’re happy long after move‑in.

Why homeowners work with us

Calm, accountable project management for real‑world builds

We sit between you and the trades — translating plans, chasing details and protecting your time as an independent project manager Plymouth households can rely on.

One accountable lead

You deal with one person who keeps everything moving.

Weekly updates, clear decisions and a managed change process mean fewer surprises and a calmer build.
